Neil grew up in rural and suburban Southwest Washington, yet loves the energy of the city. He serves most the Puget Sound region, including Thurston, Lewis, Mason and Pierce County. Whether you are focused in the Olympia, Lacey, Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) or the surrounding area, you can benefit from his local expertise. During his successful teaching and coaching career (7x Coach of the Year), he also sharpened his negotiating skills by representing the local teachers' union. Neil transitioned into the business world where he continues to help people pursue their goals and dreams with kindness and compassion.
Who is he though? Neil loves spending time with his teenage son and resides in Thurston County. He received a Bachelor's degree from Washington State University as well as a Master's from Walden University. He enjoys playing sports like volleyball, basketball, and tennis and supporting our local colleges like UW, TESC, SPSCC, St Martin's, and Centralia College. You can often find him running through neighborhoods in Tumwater or around Capitol Lake or shopping at local small businesses and restaurants.
